Account data: your email address, an authentication identifier, and — if you sign in with Google — the basic profile fields that provider returns.

Usage data: your plan, daily scan count and last scan date, used to enforce plan limits.

Content you submit: chart screenshots, asset and price context, follow-up chat messages, journal entries, trades, notes, balances and trading rules.

Technical data: standard server logs and error reports needed to keep the service secure and reliable.

To authenticate you, generate chart analysis and coaching feedback, store and display your journal, enforce plan limits, process subscription payments, and investigate abuse or technical faults.

Authentication, database and storage are handled by our managed backend provider. Chart images and prompts are sent to our AI model provider to generate analysis. Subscription payments are processed by NOWPayments, which receives only the data needed to create and confirm an invoice. We do not sell your personal data or share it for advertising.

We never see or store your wallet keys, seed phrases or card details. Crypto invoices are created and settled by NOWPayments; we retain only the invoice reference and resulting plan status.

Data is transmitted over TLS and stored with row-level security so each account can only read and write its own rows. Administrative access is limited to what is required to operate the service. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Account and journal data is kept while your account is active. Deleting a trade or journal entry removes it from your account. When you close your account we delete or anonymise your data, except records we must keep for legal or accounting purposes.

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, export, restriction or deletion of your personal data, and may object to certain processing. Contact us through the support page and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.

We use essential storage only: a session token to keep you signed in, plus local preferences such as language, saved trading pairs and trading rules. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

The service is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
