Terms of Service

By creating an account or using ChartRisk AI you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised version.

ChartRisk AI is software for chart study, risk sizing and journaling. It is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, portfolio manager or signal service. No output constitutes financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and no result is a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorised access.

Free accounts receive a limited number of chart scans each day; paid plans raise or remove that limit. Scan counters reset at 00:00 UTC. Plan features and limits may change, and we will give reasonable notice of material reductions.

Subscriptions are paid in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments. Blockchain transactions are final and cannot be reversed by us, so payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Your plan activates once the network confirms payment and our processor sends a valid confirmation. Network fees and exchange-rate variation are your responsibility.

You agree not to: resell or redistribute analysis output as a commercial signal service; scrape, reverse engineer or bypass rate limits and access controls; upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content; or use the service to break any law or sanctions regime that applies to you.

You keep ownership of the screenshots, notes and journal data you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to operate the service, including sending chart images to our AI provider to generate your analysis.

Analysis is produced by machine-learning models that can misread charts, hallucinate levels or produce incorrect calculations. Always verify prices, levels and position sizes against your exchange before acting. We do not warrant that output is accurate, complete or suitable for any purpose.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may suspend or modify features for maintenance, security or provider outages without liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChartRisk AI is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create risk for other users. Upon termination your access ends; you may request an export or deletion of your data beforehand.
